Find the Articles You Want
You may have noticed that the articles presented here on Adventure Stories.info cover a wide range of topics. But what if you only want to read articles on a certain topic, like hitchhiking in Mexico, selecting a cool adventure camera, or backpacking in the Sierras? What if you want to read articles written by just one contributing author/writer? How do you find just the articles that you want? This question is an issue that I have been hard at work on, and I have a number of options for you:
1) Table of Contents link in the header.
- This link takes you to a customized index/archive page. You will see a listing of categories, sub-categories, and an archive by month and year. Click on anything you like.
- Note that most articles are filed under multiple categories in an effort to help organize this website’s content by descriptive terms.
2) Index link in the header.
- This link takes you to an index page which displays the title of each and every article in an alphabetical list. (note subjects or topics are not part of this index, just the article titles are given here) This is a great visual representation of all this website has to offer, but you will have to read through many article titles if you are looking for something specific but not sure of its title.
- Note: article titles beginning with the word “the” are filed under “T”
Other ideas to find the content you want:
3) Use the Search function located at the top of the sidebar (on the right). Enter keywords to find the article you want.
4) Click on the Categories drop down menu located in the sidebar to see a listing of categories and sub-categories. Click on a category or sub-category to reveal all relevant articles. Basically, this is just another way to view the same information on the Table of Contents page.
5) View the Navigation table near the bottom of the sidebar. This shows all the categories and sub-categories. Click on a category or sub-category to view all relevant articles. Basically, this is just another way to view the same information on the Table of Contents page.
Thank you for visiting Adventure Stories.info. Please leave comments on the articles you read–feedback is wonderful and helps make this website a better place.
